About Us

We started because firefighting taught us that people matter more than the paycheck.

How This Started

I spent years running into burning buildings. Somewhere along the way, I realized the same urgency and care I brought to emergencies wasn't showing up in the trades. Contractors treated jobs like transactions. They'd show up late, do the minimum, and disappear. Homeowners were left frustrated, out of pocket, and feeling disrespected in their own space. I knew I could do better.

In 2020, I made the jump. I built this business on one non-negotiable: treat every person like someone who matters. Not because it's good marketing. Because it's right. Early projects were tight—every call meant everything, every client taught me something. I learned fast that when you actually listen to what people need instead of what makes you the most money, something shifts. The work gets better. The relationships stick. The referrals come naturally.

Those first few years weren't easy. Margins were thin because I was investing in doing things right: showing up on time, explaining decisions clearly, standing behind the work. But every difficult conversation with a client became a learning opportunity. Every project taught me how to listen better. That foundation hasn't changed.

What We've Learned
